When can I buy a new version of VASP (vasp 5) ?

When can I buy a new version of VASP (vasp 5) ?
I have known about VASP 5 that can calculate by using DFPT to calculate something, for example, Born effective charge, and VASP 5 can differentiate the total energy with respective to some external parameter (external field) ,right ? This method will reduce a time consumtion for calculating a lot of things. When can I buy VASP 5?

the release date of vasp.5 will be announced as soon as it has been fixed
