I suppose you plan to do a bandstructure run? Within one KPOINTS file, it is not possible to use different numbers of k-points along different high-symmetry lines of the BZ. If you want to do so, please do vasp runs for each choice of equal numbers of k-points along the BZ-lines and join the EIGENVAL files of the differrent runs afterwards
