tutorial/diamond files

I am trying to attempt the tutorial for diamond from page 12 of the Guide. Are those files still available as ftp, or do I just do the Handson session tutorials from the pdf files?

you can find the diamond tutorial in subdirectory src on the ftp server,
it's the file tutor.tar.gz.

I couldn't find "the subdirectory src on the ftp server".
Could you please offer a link or tell me where I can find it.
