Dear all,
is there a proper reference (article, paper or manuscript) about how the spin-orbit coupling technique is implemented in VASP?
And are there review aritcles in the literature about how to calculate spin-orbit couplings properly and reasonably?

I also would like to know how the spin-orbit coupling is implemented in vasp. Does vasp use the same second variational step scheme as Wien2k?
