vasp update

I wanna calculate the optical properties. Can you tell me how to update the latest version of VASP?
the latest officially released version of vasp, VASP 4.6.34, allows to calculate the static (q=0) optical properties. Please ask the colleague who is responsible for the maintainance of vasp at your site (he/she has the passwords to our ftp server) to retrieve it for you.
The frequency-dependent dielectric matrix will be implemented in vasp.5, which is not released yet. Your research group will have to upgrade its license in order to get access to vasp.5 We will inform all vasp-groups by email about the release date and -conditions as soon as they have been fixed.
