XML Root tag closing in BSE and TDDFT
I've noticed that when using the GW-BSE and the TDDFT routines the root tag (<modeling>) is not closed in the vasprun.xml file, and thus it's problematic to parse. It's closed for other processes so I assume this was unintentional? I've attached a Si BSE calculation I did for an example, with the vasprun included.

This is a bug and has been removed in VASP-6.
