Constant electric field
Hello,
It is possible to apply a constant electric field using "LDIPOL = .TRUE."
I have few questions about this:
1- Is it possible to use this constant field within GW or HSE method?
2- Is the imaginary dielectric function still correct under field?
3- The system is a 2D material, where periodicity in z-direction is lost. Is still imaginary dielectric function correct?
