If orbital moments in OUTCAR written with respect to the SAXIS?

If orbital moments in OUTCAR written with respect to the SAXIS?

Hi,

From the VASP manual, it's clear that (spin) magnetic moments are written with respect to the SAXIS. But it seems that, this rule is not applied for orbital moments? Am I correct?
