I have set the tag EDIFF=1E-6, so Vasp stopped when the |dE| and |d eps| reach 1E-6 simultaneously. However, dE is not always negativevalue and not reach 1E-6 decreasingly, but vibrate between netative and positive value. I don't know whether the relults are corrected and trustworthy.

the energies of the electronic steps may oscillate slightly during the scf procedure, however the convergence of your charge densities is rather bad.
please consider to modify your mixing parameters
