I am having problems generating a correct ELFCAR file in vasp 5.2...

Everything works fine using vasp 4.6 to perform a SC calculation on an aluminum slab. However, when the same input is used within vasp 5.2, I get an incorrect ELFCAR file (all other output files seem fine).

It appears that there is a problem with the orientation of the grid with respect to the atomic structure. The problem seems similar to one mentioned in an earlier post (that got no attention)...
