successfully installed but error during running a job

Dear VASP admin and usrs,
I have successfully installed VASP on our cluster, but when I submit job it gives me error...

POSCAR found : 4 types and 16 ions
forrtl: severe (174): SIGSEGV, segmentation fault occurred

Please suggest me what should I do now?
