Hello,
Can I use VMD (Visual Molecular Dynamics) to view the vibrational eigenvectors of a system obtained from a IBRION = 5 calculation? The eigenvectors are listed in the OUTCAR file but I want to be able to see the motions. If VMD does not have the capability, is there a different package I could use?
